I had a lovely late dinner here, sitting outside, in an amazing location, in fabulous rue Madelaine - perfect in the summer, and not just to people watch. Owner/manager super friendly and helpful, prices very reasonable (€4.70 for a glass or terrific organic white, greatly sized grilled whole cuttlefish at £17, that's for a plat/main; most tapas were from €6-€9.50). 4 stars instead of 5 only because rice was completely unseasoned, and cuttlefish, unlike wonderful and hot ratatouille, was served almost cold, to the point that parsley garlic butter under it hasn't even had a chance to fully melt. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they donothing was too much trouble. The service was smooth, well-paced, and full of thoughtful touches that made the evening feel special.

Now the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into each plate. From starters to dessert, it was a flawless experience.

Wow! Excellent place! We stopped by on our first night in Nimes. We were the only tourists in this place.We don't speak French but we have a gentleman that works there that translated the menu to us.
