La pizzeria du duche — Restaurant in Nîmes

We went there with friends and family and the food was great! The pizzas were served on a delicious fine crust, a big range of choice was available (I didn't count how many pizzas were on offer but there were 2 full menu pages plus the daily specials) and the toppings were generous. I took some cheese raviolis with mushroom sauce, tomatoes and rocket and I loved it. There is a kids menu, my daughters both took the pizzas with tomato sauce, ham and cheese but there was also pasta available. There was also a good choice for the desserts. We went for the ice cream as we were all already full from the generous servings. I took the apricot sorbet which was very nice, refreshing in the hot weather. My partner took the caramel liegeois with the salted caramel ice cream and caramel sauce and it was delicious (I had to help him of course!). Everybody was very happy, the servers were busy as the restaurant and pavement seatings were all full and we were a table of 12 so of course we had to wait a bit for the food but we expected that given our number. Cute little place on a side road from the main plaza. It seems amazing that pizza is the main offering at virtually all the little eateries in Uzes.
