I went from Montpellier to Nîmes just to visit the city. After I walked through the centre-ville, just looking at the old places of the city, I decided to try Mésopota'Nîmes. You will get real authentic Lebanese experience, definitely. I ordered a shish tawouk plate with a hoummous b'la7me entree, with a Lebanese grape-based beverage called "arak". By far, this is the best hoummous I have eaten near all the cities around Montpellier. The shish tawouk was splendid and the "arak" got the right balance for the meal. Good food quality, good atmosphere, very nice people. They accept debit cards (carte bancaire). Not so many places accept that, so that's a plus.
