There a buffet option. The food overall was not outstanding and some of the servers very attentionate. I am allergic to crustaceans (shrimp,crab, lobster etc). I had an allergic reaction after eating a "chicken nem" and after I reported my allergic reaction, I was blamed by the manager for not warning them when I arrived. They took no responsibility for my allergic reaction. All the nems ( Chicken or shrimp) were fried together, triggering my allergy.

The " vegetable spring-rolls had shrimp and chicken in them , which makes no sense.

And finally the server that I had reported my allergy to, told me that he was going to get me an anti allergy pill that his brother had. He left and never came back. When I asked him about the pill, he simply said that there weren't any. He hadn't bothered to come back to tell me.

The beef sauté was the only food that I truly enjoyed there.

I felt annoyed and angry at the manager for blaming me for my allergic reaction and not taking any...

Premier restaurant depuis le début de l'épidémie de COVID-19 : EXCELLENT ! Tout d'abord très bien accueillit par l'équipe en rentrant dans le restaurant. Salle climatisée, assises confortable, personnels aimables et souriants à souhait !

Passons au nerf de la guerre : Buffet à volonté ( en semaine 20 €/ p ). C'est une buffet à volonté d'un restaurant de taille raisonnable avec une cuisine faite maison (ne vous attendez pas à un buffet de chaine avec 75 choix différents ).

Si vous êtes, comme nous, arrivés en fin de soirée : Pas d' Inquiétude à avoir ! Il manque un plat, un dessert, une entrée ? Soit le serveur vient vous prévenir qu'ils en re préparent soit, si vous voulez comme nous goûter le bœuf aux champignons noirs, ils vous préparent rien que pour vous une assiette individuelle ( et sans suppléments ) afin que vous ressortiez satisfaits.

Entrées : sushi, salade de mangue (excellente), rouleau de printemps, une autre salade avec la possibilité d'y rajouter crevettes, cacahuètes, poulet, etc. , samoussa, nems, raviolis cuit vapeurs, crevettes ( façon "pince de crabe").

Plats: 8 plats différents qui sont changés quotidiennement/régulièrement Ce jour-ci nous avions des nouilles sautées, du riz cantonais, du poulet à l'ananas, bœuf aux champignons noirs, crevettes épicées, sauté de porc au saké, chop suey.

Desserts: Certains desserts ne sont pas fait maison et les serveurs ou le/les patrons ne se cacheront pas de vous le dire si vous le demandez (transparence totale) comme des petites parts de Trianon, mousse au chocolat, panacotta, etc.. Des beignets sont aussi flambés à la demande (sans suppléments).

Et si vous êtes gentils et aimable , vous aurez même droit à un digestif (gratuit) !

Le choix de se restaurant s'est fait en regardant les étoiles google et les commentaires. Comme je l'ai déjà dit à l'équipe du restaurant, ils méritent amplement ces 5 étoiles et n'ont rien à envier à d'autres restaurants.

Je recommande grandement ce restaurant et nous y retournerons dès que possible !

Entering the restaurant we where the first ones there. Normally we would leave but we gave it a chance. This was an amazing choice. The choice was small but not one dish disappointed. Don’t go there for the chinese sashimi (sushi) because the rest of the dishes are to amazing. It is to cheap for the amazing food you will get (22,50 pp for unlimited amazing food) so tip them nicely😜

Will nog be in Nancy for some years probably but if this was a local chinese restaurant near my home in the Netherlands i would ALWAYS eat here.

P.S. also have chinese bears, a nice cocktail and...
