Update and the reply: The coffee was indeed good, but as I had politely pointed out, it was not as great as those that I have tried in both Copenhagen and Oslo, which are known for their coffee quality as well as their unaffordable living cost. I invite those to think thoroughly--if a spécialité cafe in Nantes can be much pricier than most spécialité cafes I've been to in both Copenhagen and Oslo, there must be some serious issue here. After all, I fully respect the spécialité cafe. Still, I do not support the dishonest attitude that inhibits such shocking high prices under the label of spécialité coffee or award-winning coffee beans. There are many more cafes that are independent, fair trade, and also offer award-winning coffee beans that do not ask for such an unjustified price.

And yes, we did enjoy the time, only to a certain extent, I have to say. The music was good, but it has nothing to do with the unfair pricing of the small cup of v60 you offered. We had to talk loud, very unfortunately--exactly because you played the music so loud that no one could hear each other but needed to speak really loudly to communicate. I invite the owner to travel to other spécialité cafes in nordic countries and the UK, to understand the pricing in the market better.

Ridiculous pricing. The price of a V60 coated 9€ and wasn't indicated in their menu at all. Have been to several cafés around the world, shocked to see that the v60 of this café is much higher than in Copenhagen of Denmark even Oslo of Norway. I felt it was a scam and being rubbed to pay 9€ without being informed that this will be the price as it wasn't indicated anywhere in their café. To avoid at all costs, and will definitely not be back....

A delightful place for any kind of hot (or cold) beverage: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. The staff is really nice and helpful, and will help you make your choice.

There are also a lot of different options for brewing your coffee, and the staff guided me through all the different options, making me taste coffee like I never did before!

If you feel like eating a bit, the pastries are also really tasty.

The place is nice, the mezzanine feels very cozy, and the (good) music playing is a nice addition.

This café is such a cool spot with an excellent concept—fantastic coffee, delicious pastries, and a wonderful atmosphere. The specialty coffee selection is superb, and the service is amazing. We particularly enjoyed listening to vinyl jazz and funk, which added a unique and pleasant touch to our visit.
