We had an incredible experience at Apulia Bistrot in Nice! The food was absolutely delicious—true traditional Apulian cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients. We loved it so much that we came back three nights in a row!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you step in. We were traveling with our one-and-a-half-year-old child and our dog, and we always felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Angela and Giuseppe are friendly and accommodating, and they genuinely make families feel at ease—children are truly welcome here, and there’s no pressure for them to stay seated at the table the whole time!

Really liked the place overrall, the appetisire we orderded we the mussels had a beatiful and rich sauce. We were just sad to notice that they changed the menu for the octopus, instead of the pistachio and burata they replaced it with fava beans which can have a bitter taste for some palettes. Fair price for aperol spritz. Overall the food tastes great compliments to the chef for the sauces, and thank to the manager for the kind welcome. The only issues for us was the prices, i found it bit expensive maybe for me nearly 100€ for 1 appetizer and 2 main courses ( i ordered the most expensive item on the menu: pasta by the way.) and 2 aperol spritz. The location is beautiful and well maintained

Wine was okay but I have tasted better italian wine at the same price tag

Service was okayish, one of the server was completely inexperienced and dressed like in a pijiama

The plates were ish even tho the fish in the soup was fresh, it was not properly prepared, the serving plate was not matching the dish and inconvenient to eat. The soup itself was tasty due to the cherry tomato which quality was excellent.

The pasta gratin was overcooked and hard to eat, definitely expecting better italian pasta in an italian restaurant
