Title: Unacceptable Service - Rude and Unprofessional Staff

I was appalled by the atrocious service I received. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Rude and dismissive staff Unprofessional attitude Lack of knowledge about products/services Slow and inefficient service Unwillingness to resolve issues unhygienic

Details: , I visited the deli seeking [good food and service]. However, the staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. When I asked a question, the owner responded with [rude/unclear answer]. I politely asked for clarification, but was met with [dismissive/argumentative tone].

Despite my patience, the issue remained unresolved, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Conclusion:

The service at [deli] is abysmal, and their staff requires significant training on basic customer service skills. Until they address these issues, I would strongly advise against visiting this location. The owner is the worst amongst the lot and added a 25% additional service in our bill despite there being a insect in my drink (which the owner refused to change )

Apparently this restaurant’s go to response on bad review is denying people was eating at their restaurant instead of fixing themselves anyway rewriting my review because they love to delete bad review. In summary this is a racist restaurant with a bad Parmigiana.

We ordered Parmigiana the portion size was very small and the taste was bad.

Additionally while other customers are allowed to go the bathroom ,we were not allowed. We came from Indonesia for context, I was waiting for my sister while she was in the bathroom inside Deli’s store, a female staff came and kicked meout even though we are their customers. So far their response to our critique on the food and staff’s rude treatment is

Deleting our reviews 2.Denying we ate there (as if we cannot read their menu and identify which restaurant we went to) 3.Responding our review using Indonesian assuming we cannot speak English(even tho the review was in English)

So overall bad experience and they’re good service is not for all people :)

After spending the afternoon wandering the fascinating yet crowded streets of Èze, we were ready to sit down somewhere calm and refuel — and this restaurant turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. It was easily one of the best versions of the dish I’ve had.
