Lettuce & co — Restaurant in Nice

It's a Saturday evening and the only restaurant that's open near the hotel we are staying. We were met with a big smile from the server. Food was deli ious. But more importantly, the lady server was the reason making us feel at home especially when this is our first visit to Nice. She was taking care of the whole restaurant by herself..taking orders, serving drinks, cooked delicious food and served us. Working nearby, I go there often for sandwiches at the sandwich bar in front of Lettuce & Co (which is part of the establishment).

Karine is super sweet, and has a large variety of delicious sandwiches, pasta and classic salades, and desserts.

My personal favorite is the simple yet delicious "Sandwich poulet pané", which is breaded chicken. She also has hefty desserts if you're worried of being hungry. She has several personal recipes of hers which come from her family (she's from Bretagne, North of France). Also, ask for her TikTok! It's pretty entertaining to watch...

Had a stopover in Nice before flying out to Madrid. Wanted some excellent food and boy did I get it! My wife ordered their Chef's burger and it was amazing! I had the fish n chips which did not disappoint( the best fish n chips I ever had was in Inverness, Scotland). Our server, Maryann was a splendid young lady and she treated us courteously, professionally and with the sincerest smile you've ever seen! I really enjoyed all the B&W photos of people eating pasta... Nice was nice but Lettuce and Co. was Le Magnifique!...
