We arrived at 20:15 and we weren’t allowed to eat in the restaurant anymore. They said it’s only for take-a-way, which is interesting because there is furniture to sit on and eat in the restaurant. Find it kinda interesting that you weren’t allowed to sit in the restaurant to eat your food as the store is open until 21:30. Employee was not happy when she found out that we spoke only English and no French.

[edit 2] nouvelle commande ce 06/01 et un nouvel oubli dans mon poké bowl : le saumon cette fois-ci. Comment vous faites pour préparer un plat, en oubliant l'ingrédient principal !? 2 fois se suite !! Pour le même client. Je n'ai pas fait l'aller/retour cette fois-ci. Vous m'avez donné vos explications par téléphone : il est évident que quelque chose dysfonctionne dans votre process de préparation toutefois.

[edit] après une première commande parfaite, une seconde expérience décevante : on m'a oublié la protéine dans la composition de mon poké. J'ai dû faire un aller/retour et perdre 20 minutes pour que cette erreur soit rectifiée. Avec beaucoup de gentillesse ceci dit.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon bowl sur mesure, commandé à emporter via le web. La commande était prête à l'heure et je l'ai rapidement payée et récupérée. C'était bon ! C'est certes 14,90 € donc je n'y mangerai pas tous les jours mais c'est une pause repas...
