McDonald's — Restaurant in Nice

Mc Donald's are all the same? No. They are not. This one is the worst you can find. It takes more than one hour to prepare an order. This means that about every customer goes away without waiting for the order. So the kitchen is full of orders that no one claims. They tell the numbers, but nobody comes. The result is that every five minutes one clerk comes with a garbage bin and throws away all the orders. So they continue working for nothing. On top of that, there is a manager and the line to claim a refund is longer than the line to eat. So, when the customers see how long is the line to claim a refund,, they decide to go away.

On top of that is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. Nobody cleans the tables since the start of the day, so the customers take the cleaning clothes and try to clean their self, just to seat down and wait for about one hour. We, erotically, decided to wait. At the end our order arrived and it was completely different from what we ordered. Guess what? The line to try to fix the order is the same that everyone is using to claim the refunds. So at the end we decided not to fix our order.

Worst...

I waited 25 minutes for just 4 Chicken Nuggets and a Hamburger. The worst part? They didn’t even start preparing my order until I went up to the counter and asked. Only then did they finally begin making it – after I had already been waiting ages.

There were about 20 other people waiting, but the staff were just standing around, barely moving, not doing anything productive. No sense of urgency at all. It was honestly hard to watch.

When I finally got my food, I received vegetarian Planted Nuggets instead of regular Chicken Nuggets, which I never asked for. My hamburger came without cheese, even though it should have had it.

To top it off, one staff member asked what drink I had, although I never ordered a drink in the first place.

The whole place was extremely disorganized, and the employees seemed unmotivated, slow, and careless. On top of that, staff were slamming doors and aggressively placing chairs in front of or right next to seated guests. It felt chaotic and disrespectful.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the service was unacceptable. I definitely won’t...

We ordered the two items in the picture below through the kiosk and went to the cash register to pay with cash at which I was told the order would be brought over to our table. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I went up to ask when our order would be ready and one worker told me that they couldn’t make either of them for some reason. She said she could either give my money back or give other items instead such as fries or other drinks. No one ever came looking for us to tell us that and I’m sure they would’ve done nothing unless I went up to them and asked first. I returned to the register after talking to my friend and explained my situation to another worker and he finally gave us our order and one of the items wasn’t what I ordered. Also, I saw the one that was made wrong being taken out of the fridge.
