There is one vegan sandwich option which is called “ Ana-Maria” with a possible menu option where you can have a side dish, dessert, a Iced-tea for a reasonable price around 14-15 euros.

The sandwich looks relatively simple but it tastes REALLY DELICIOUS. The bread, and the ingredients are very very much tasty. It is one of our favorite sandwiches so far. They deserve really 5 star for it.

As a side dish, we went for the soup option and for the drinks they had hibiscus iced tea. They are quite delicious as well, it accompany well with the sandwich.

Just as a small note, they did not have any vegan dessert option for that day although they have a vegan menu option available. They had to improvise something simple as granola...

Panivore propose un concept (s’agit-il d’une chaîne ?) de Street Food intéressant mais un peu cher à mon humble avis. Situé en face du lycée Calmette à Nice dans une rue passante mais sans plus donc visibilité pas évidente. Les formules sont très chères pour de la street food et on ne peut pas parler de restaurant même si une petite terrasse existe et une petite salle joliment décorée donc on est bien sûr un concept de Street Food avec vente à emporter. Il est donc dommage qu’il n’existe pas un petit square à proximité immédiate. J’ai acheté trois sandwich : le Bertrand, le Lucie et ??? Le moins cher 7€50 et le plus cher 11€. C’était bon bien équilibré en goût, en saveur et en texture. Le Bertrand était un peu simple, facile avec de bons produits de le faire soi même donc difficile de décider de le reprendre. Je ne sais pas si les lycéens ont un tel budget pour opter pour une formule env. 14-17€, et puis l’été le lycée ferme. Une famille de 4 personnes avec un budget alimentaire classique ne peut pas non plus venir très régulièrement, des familles aisées financièrement préfèreront certainement d’autres solutions repas. Bref je me demande comment pérenniser ce genre d’établissement. Cela m’intéresse puisque la fidélisation permet d’avoir des repères et des réponses à une envie alternée de consommation alimentaire. Le personnel présent était sympathique mais on ne m’a pas proposé de faire réchauffer et les produits en exposition m’ont été donnés, pourtant il n’y avait pas foule, j’aurais souhaité que l’élaboration se fasse sous mes yeux, encore une fois au regard du prix.
