Bistrot Le Cap — Restaurant in Paris

Great food and friendly service. Only the recommended dessert took over 45 min. They told us that the first try was forgotten in the oven and burned to death so we had to wait for a second one. The one waitress guarantied us to give us the dessert for free but I am not sure if this was respected in the final bill. Haven't asked for the bill but the total amount was in my opinion with dessert calculated. Maybe because I payed to the other waitress or I missed sth else on the bill. As we saw on other guests this was a one-time thing and only on our table. Nevertheless the restaurant is a recommendation and...

Terrible "cappuccino" for 6,5€!! Apparently they don't know what a cappuccino is, they served me a strong (burned flavour) café au lait in a tall milkshake glass, almost cold :/ I couldn't even finish it... And at the end, the typical behavior towards foreigner people, the lady in charged, asked me 6,5€ for a drink that I still don't know what it was! Not even in the most touristic neighborhoods of Paris I paid more than 4,5/5€ max for a cappuccino! No wonder the cafe/resto next to her was full of costumers...

Tombé littéralement amoureux de l'endroit, de la cuisine et du service. Très belle déco chic et boisée, avec les chapeaux en paille un peu partout, du bois flotté, des plantes et une sensation immédiate de sérénité, d'espace vital respecté. On ne se sent pas entassé comme ailleurs. Tout est absolument bon, pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous avions pris des huîtres en entrée (sauce échalotte originale et 100%à propos), ensuite de l'aiglefin aux légumes, du saumon avec sa confiture de piment d'espelette et tagliatelles, pour finir sur Tiramisu, et assiette de fromages (aucune faiblesse à ce niveau également, et très bien servi). Zéro fausse note. Tout est ultra frais, goûtu et cuisiné avec bienveillance. C'est un restaurant géré en famille et ça se sent. Superbe expérience pour un peu plus de 29 euros (formule dîner de la mer kir inclus et hors carte des vins). Super service avec beaucoup de tact et de bienveillance. Parfait pour un rendez vous business en mode "chill chic" ou en amoureux(ses)....
