The food we tried was very good and reasonably priced and there were so many different things to choose from. My only issue with this place, which put me off quite a bit, were the people who worked there. They initially had an issue with us booking a table online and informed us just as we walked into the restaurant in a very abrupt and angry manner that they would prefer we don’t do it again as they had to pay a small commission due to our online booking… I believe that to be extremely rude and very unprofessional, especially since they have chosen to have online bookings available for their restaurant. They then made us change tables as we were ordering, since they wanted to give our “good table” to a different booking that arrived 25 minutes after us. The owner who didn’t speak to us once, was sitting at the next table eating his dinner while we ate which was also a bit strange. After about 20 minutes of us being there and after the waiter obviously realized our frustration he became quite friendly and talkative, which was nice but the complete opposite to what he was like only 20 minutes prior. I do believe however that the poor waiter was simply doing what the owner told him. Overall the food here is very good and I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for there unjustified and quite...

Delicious vegan food but questionable service, which is why I suggest going for take away rather than eating in.

I went there last weekend with a group of friends, we booked for 8 but ended up being 7. The first 4 arrived on time, the other 3 arrived 40 minutes later, so we were first placed in a table for 4, which was ok. When we asked if we could order, our request was ignored for at least 20 minutes, before Rama (the only sweet waitress in the restaurant) came and took our order. Be aware that the waitresses do not talk to each other, so they will come several times to ask you if your order was taken (it’s a small restaurant, it shouldn’t be like this).

In the end, they were able to put us in a table for 7, but the staff looked very annoyed at us. When the starters arrived, they were just put in the corner of the table (really poor service).

In the 2 to 3 hours that we spent in the restaurant, the service really disgusted us (apart from Rama, who saved the whole experience).

I’d say go there and see it for yourself… but the food is indeed very good. I am definitely going back, but...

My wife and I visited Bodhi vegan while staying in the 10e during our anniversary trip, and invited her French penfriend of many years and her boyfriend along. Unfortunately, I often have trouble with food in France, due to my milk allergy and the French love of butter, so a vegan restaurant sounded perfect. And it was great. Based on the clientele that night, I'm not sure we were the usual demographic (the rest were young and trendy, at least 20 years younger than my 55!) but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is compact but comfy, simply but adequately furnished, which added to the charm. The menu was diverse and interesting, and there was so much to choose from (in most restaurants I generally have 1, maybe 2 options due to the aforementioned allergy). I started with the vegetable fritters, then had the caramel "duck" with sticky rice. The food was excellent, with great textures and flavours, and we all enjoyed. The entire experience was great, and when we return to Paris we'll definitely pay...

What a selection! No compromise vegan Asian food. Super tasty, quick, lovely staff, great value food. Normally I'm struggling to find something on a menu, last night I was spoiled for choice. There was a mix of Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese dishes so was great to mix and match when I normally have to choose just one. Great flavours. Had Shitake fritters for a starter and Bun Ho - fried vietnanese rolls and noodles for main, my partner had a Thai lemongrass 'chicken' dish. We got exactly what we ordered and wanted. We joked about just coming here day and night and working through the menu! Wouldn't be a bad thing :)

The food is quite good, though I would have liked some dishes with vegetables like broccoli. I have had that in other Vietnamese eateries. The dish I had was described as having bamboo shoots, but I didn’t find any, though the stuffed tofu was quite tasty. The service is superb - friendly, welcoming, prompt. The atmosphere is described by some as “homey”. It’s a down-to-earth simple place, run by two people. I don’t know if they are a couple, but my grandmother would have called it a “couple business”, and what I saw were two hard-working people providing tasty food for a reasonable price.

Booked a table just before heading on the Eurostar. Recommend booking, it was just after opening time and the place was full! On a Monday night. Amazed to have found this place in Paris. - Fried wonton 3/5 Not what I expected, I would try a different starter next time. It's similar to deep fried dumpling. - Roast pork rice 5/5 Don't know how it's made but the texture and taste is good, didn't think I would eat this dish againnsince becoming vegan - Satay coconut soup noodles 5/5 I love this dish! Wish they were in London!
