Ordered some dinner food with my girlfriend from Uber Eats. As a small cook guy with some years of experience, tasting ocasionally exotic foods, this restaurant feels like a big scam.
Starting with the taste and texture in the plate of noodles with pork. The pork was feeling like chewing rubber, the quality was feeling not good, or as if it was left in a mid-day's tupperware and put back on our plate. Tastes did not match and did not give something unique, for a plate that costs 15 euros, with the cucumber being cooked with the overcooked rest gave a slimmy, unpleasant texture, all combined cut our apetite straight.
Beef noodle plate, same result. Everything overcooked, unpleasant flavours, beef taste and quality -OK-, which even if it could be the only nice thing we had, still there were big parts of just fat. The quality of ingredients from the noodles, to the vegetables, to the cooked meat, felt incredibly cheap. The price of the noodle plates are at 15 euros each, a very upsetting thing when you pay a total of 50 to end up throwing more than half of the food, or needing to recook them ourselves. Shameful.
One of the worst dinners I had this year, if not the winner. a big NO, never ever...

Popcorn chicken featured a very unique twist between traditional Taiwanese popcorn chicken. They used larger cuts of chicken but because of that, it was very juicy! The kettle corn sprinkled with the dish was a bit stale though. Would definitely order again for the juiciness though!
Starting appetizer cucumbers did not taste that fresh and also did not have the âcrunchâ taste we usually look for in a cucumber.
Spicy wontons were delicious, just not that spicy.
Service was subpar. As someone who is Taiwanese myself, I was impressed by the juiciness of the popcorn chicken but everything else was not as good as I wouldâve expected. The drinks we ordered were good though - Next time, Iâd probably just order takeout for the...
Read moreHad such a great experience in Tiger Tiger that I thought their sister restaurant would be even better. But sadly no. We ordered most the chefâs recommendation but the only good dishes were the Xiao Long Pau that was juicy and succulent and the popcorn chicken that was fried to perfection.
Had high expectations of the stewed pork belly Gua Pao, but the flavour combi didnât do it for although the meat was soft and melted in your mouth. Donât bother with the spicy dumplings .. skin was a bit doughy and the sauce was confusing .. like a sichuan mix with satay sauce with no punch.
Love the ambiance tho. Got really packed by the time we left at 1.30pm. Service was not attentive as soon as it got crowded. But serveurs were friendly, spoke English & helpful...
