Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

We visited this restaurant late at night, around 10:00 PM, and asked if they were still serving dinner. They said yes, and we were the only customers there. We ordered two soups and a Caesar salad.

The soup was very basic and bland – definitely not worth the price. But what truly ruined the night was spotting a mouse running around under the tables while we were eating. I immediately called the staff over and let him know. His response? A casual "Oh! Sorry!" – and he just carried on with what he was doing.

Trying to stay calm, we waited for the salad (which took ages to arrive), but the mouse came back – this time running closer to our table. My wife was panicking, and I had to call the guy again. Same response. No action. No apology. No concern.

At that point, we decided to leave immediately without finishing our meal. And here’s the worst part: we still paid in full. They saw we were clearly leaving because of the situation, yet didn’t offer a single apology, nor even consider reducing the bill or acknowledging the seriousness of what had happened.

Not only was the hygiene utterly unacceptable, but the staff's behaviour showed a shocking level of indifference and complete lack of customer care.

Absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place.

P.S. Just uploading the payment confirmation as proof of...

Our visit to this establishment before heading to Parc des Princes for a quick dinner and drinks unfortunately left us feeling rather disappointed. The place was packed and exuded an atmosphere of extreme stress on a particularly warm day, leading to profuse sweating among those of us seated, likely adding to the pressure the staff was under. The server, initially appearing overwhelmed and sweaty, began on a friendly note but later displayed a shift in demeanor. When my friend had to stand up to retrieve salt and ketchup from a nearby shelf, her attitude took a negative turn, leading to uncomfortable moments due to offensive jokes and unsatisfactory service. Another friend ordered a burger and Caesar salad with a split-cost agreement upon completion, which the server conveniently "forgot" in the end, showcasing inconsiderate behavior that marred our experience.

Despite the service issues, it's important to note that while the food at the establishment was decent, it didn't quite reach outstanding levels. The salad, in particular, failed to meet expectations in terms of quality. On a more positive note, my choice of duck confit stood out as a highlight, providing a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience amidst the challenging...

An experience to avoid at all costs – a disaster from start to finish

If you're looking for a ruined evening, an overpriced bill for soulless food, and staff as friendly as a prison door, then this brasserie is for you. Otherwise, run. Fast.

From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: the brunette waitress with curly hair seemed visibly annoyed to be doing her job—no greeting, an extremely curt tone. We felt unwelcome throughout the entire meal. Her attitude was downright surly. Not a single smile, no kind words, no courtesy. We almost felt like we had to apologize for ordering.

The food? Bland. At these prices, you’d expect at least a touch of finesse or creativity. There was none.

But the worst part was the service: condescending, dismissive, borderline insulting. An attitude so unpleasant, it felt downright disrespectful.

In short: no enjoyment, no care for the customer, mediocre food at an unjustifiably high price. Everything a restaurant should never be. I will never set foot there again—and I strongly advise you to...
