Caballito — Restaurant in Paris

Era sábado por la noche, sobre las 10'15 y solo tenían comida para llevar, ya que la cocina cierra a las 11. Yo iba directamente a por La Tarta Pascualina, una especie de quiché de espinacas que me encanta ... Pero no tenían, ni tampoco ninguna de las especialidades... Así que nos lanzamos a por sus empanadas para comerlas en casa.

Probamos casi todas las que est1ban disponibles: Carne, carne con cebolla (había varias que no quedaban), humitas de maíz, Ratatouille, espinacas (ya os he dicho que tenía capricho)... Y Laa verdad bastante buenas todas... Y muy bien de relleno... Y, os las recomiendo porque estabas MUY MUY JUGOSAS -raro en la comida para llevar- A mí acompañante no le gustó la masa que dice que era bastante harinosa.... A mí NO me arrebató pero la encontré correcta. (También me encantan fritas... Pero estas son las tradicionales al horno) También nos compramos un alfajor que estaba muy muy bueno. Para calentar las empanadas salen perfectas tanto en horno como en robot a 180 grados 12 minutos...

Pagamos 26 euros por 7 empanadas y un alfajor creo...

Se me olvidaba... Tienen vinos argentinos que me quedé con muchas ganas de probar (Syrac a tope) -evidentemente caros pero es por el viaje-.w

La camarera fue muy amable... Y yo... Estoy seguro aque volvere... Me queda probar la pascualina y la empanada de carne y la de espinacas...

Amazing!! I have been buying empanadas from them for quite some time now and they have gotten better, with slight adjustments to their recipes (ex: the chiken one used to be quite dry but now it is awesome)!! The staff (very welcoming and have a bright smile) and the food are amazing!! Tho i wish it was a bit bigger for groups but u can take it to go so it is fine. Honestly...

Service was great. The Argentinian empanadas were baked (I thought it would be fried), so that was a nice surprise cause it felt healthier and less greasy. The salad that came with it gave it a right balance for a meal. The empanadas itself were tasty but not overpowering. Overall will go...
