Last meal of my holiday and we wanted a treat !
Well WHAT A TREAT
Started with a portion of nems (spring rolls) and they were succulent, crispy , hot and flavourful, I liked the sauce that accompanied them too, i would describe them simply as perfect, I had a rouleau de printemps (summer rolls), just as expected they were fresh , love the crunchy filling,
Now for the main course I went for some riz cantonais and a portion of porc aigre doux (cantonese rice and sweet and sour pork)
I miss cantonese rice, seems that i cannot get anything near as nice what we get in france , this one was exactly what i have been dreaming off !
The pork was tasty the sauce was light,
All my friends said the same, best chinese they had, i was a proud frenchman happy to show them my country and certainly over the moon to have found this little gem

Unfortunately for the few of us that were vegetarian there was not much option, they couldn’t even produce a vegetable curry! Instead they picked out the meat for the pre-prepared meals. The guest behind us who had also ordered a vegetarian meal actual found meat in her dish after taking a mouthful, the staff did not seem apologetic at all.
