The reception was quite inconsistent: warm and helpful on the first day, not so much the day after...
However, the food was good! đ»đłđČ The Vietnamese cuisine could be perceived though I'm not sure the dishes I had selected are the best examples to experience the full Saigon / Hanoi experience...
Day one: đŠ I tried the squid which was so soft (not chewy as it often occurs). A delicate texture slightly crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Day Two: đ Oh gosh the salt and pepper fish (pango)! Yummy as it can be! On both nights, the veggies I ordered were fresh, and perfectly cooked and the portions generous enough

Lâaccueil a Ă©tĂ© glacial, voire franchement dĂ©sagrĂ©able. La patronne sâest montrĂ©e sĂšche et peu aimable dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e.
