Terrible experience. The food was not great but tolerable. However it was entirely spoiled by the only man that worked the tables as he was astonishingly rude to us.
We have dietary restrictions and when we asked for a replacement he failed to mention that the cost for the replacement was almost 400% above the original dish. When we expressed our shock after receiving the bill he raised his voice and condescendingly told us we should have gone to McDonalds. I voiced that this was unnecessary rudeness and asked him to let me speak (as he was speaking over us) and he said he could no longer understand me unless I spoke in French. This was very literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant....
Read moreAs a lifelong vegetarian Indian food has become a staple in my diet. This is by far one of the best Indian restaurants I've eaten in my life. In my 8 days in Paris I ate there 3 times and would have gone back for a fourth if my girlfriend would have let me, she loved it also but wanted me to switch it up. Anyways, the staff is very nice, attentive and made sure they got everything correct. They forgot one of the dishes we ordered 1 time and when I let him know he immediately ran to put it in. Apologized for the mistake and comped that item and another just for the mix up. And I didn't ask him to do any of that. If I could give 6 stars I would have. I will come back next time...
