I recently dined at Drogheria Italiana in Paris and tried two of their pizzas: the Regina and the Oro Rosso.
Regarding the Regina, the ham and mushrooms were good on their own, but the tomato sauce and Fior di Latte cheese were not present enough, and overall, nothing stood out in terms of flavor.
The Oro Rosso was burnt and had a very monotonous taste, aside from the burnt flavor, and lacked toppings.
Both pizza were thin but extremely dense, akin to eating dense bread.
