Initial experience when walk into the place, was not expecting much. Did not see any duck hanging there as per usual hongkong roast restaurant style of presentation. Was told there was a 30mins waiting time but staff were friendly. Ambiance of the place is pretty much like fast food chain stores. When the food came, it was looking hopeful. The presentation was promising. The duck was at the right temperature, flavorful, the meat was juicy, duck skin was semi crispy. Portion is generous, for south east asians probably can feed 2 person. The price is reasonable. It also offers chilli oil which is very important for oriental roast! Toilet is clean too! Hope to see a bigger variety on the...
Read moreFood was great and owner was friendly & helpful! I ordered the bao/bun combination which included 2 buns (duck, pork, or chicken) with Thai chili sauce, sweet potato fries, and a drink. I chose the chicken which was delicious. The food was so good that after I finished, I decided to order two more buns (duck & pork which were also yummy). Had a great conversation with the owner, Dan, who was very personable and gave great tips on other good places to eat in Paris. Would definitely recommend eating here! Even though it might be slightly out of the way, it's well worth the trip. And make sure you ask Dan for tips on other...

The young gentleman at the counter was very helpful to accommodate for my lack of French, and even helped me to choose the gyoza, along with spicy duck rice entree. To call it good would be an understatement. It was an awakening. Fatty duck bits, with crispy skin, paired with the warm spice...it was like a warm blanket on a cold night. It is true comfort food in every sense of the word. Ducky's, you won my heart, and should be on...
