SiyiSama - Atelier DIY Paris — Attraction in Paris

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We came all the way from Germany because my 13 year old daughter had followed this atelier for a while on Instagram and was looking forward to getting a mirror done with glue. So I reserved, got the confirmation and went there today just to find out that there were no mirrors in stock (which I specifically reserved and got the confirmation and reminder for yesterday)! The staff was very nonchalant about it - no apologies or whatsoever, even though my daughter was visibly upset. Besides that, we paid for public transportation and left empty handed. I do not recommend.

Edit: Thank you for your detailed answer, which is unfortunately not changing the stated fact about handling the situation professionally. It would have been the less, to offer my daughter a compensation to make up for the disappointment caused by you not updating your inventory correctly, yet you are still trying to find excuses as of my daughter could have picked something else. In short: if I come in to decorate a mirror, I don't want to decorate a phone case...

My daughter saw this on TikTok and has wanted to do it for a long time. All the staff members are very patient and friendly, and they have a wide selection of colors and charms to choose from. Luckily, we made our reservation online since the place was full. We had such an amazing time customizing the jewelry box, and I’m telling all my friends to visit this place when they come to Paris! I’m definitely coming back again...

J'ai testé l'atelier tufting avec ma soeur, nous avons passé un bon moment, la dame nous a donné des explications claires et était agreable. Néanmoins j'ai dû quand même accélérer la cadence pour finir dans les temps (cet atelier dure 2h). Je suis contente du résultat.

J'ai expérimenté un autre atelier : la colle crème sur une coque de téléphone. J'ai été déçue que le nombre d'accessoires soit limité à 8 euros, si on dépasse faut sortir de notre poche. On monte très vite à 8 euros. Je n'ai pas pu être aussi créative que je l'aurais voulu et le rendu n'était pas assez satisfaisant à mon goût. Par ailleurs, le choix des accessoires proposés reste restreint, par exemple pour les lettres de l'alphabet il n'y avait plus de voyelles, on fait vite le tour et on se rabat sur des accessoires pas ouf...L'atelier dure 1h45 j'étais stressée pour tout finir dans les temps (heureusement que ma soeur était là pour m'aider !), j'ai très peu échangé avec ma soeur alors que c'était un moment qu'on passait ensemble. Je conseillerais de choisir un petit objet à customiser pour cet atelier tel qu'une barrette ou une petite pince pour la durée de l'atelier (1h45 ça passe très vite !), et le peu d'accessoires qu'on peut y mettre (à moins d'avoir un...
