Japanese soufflé pancakes are much taller and fluffier than American style pancakes, and a totally different texture and experience. If you are looking for a totally different food experience in Paris than the usual French cuisine, then Fuwa Fuwa is a great option. I usually come down to this area to buy Asian groceries and maybe grab a banh mi to eat. However, after noticing the long line waiting outside Fuwa Fuwa I went to check it out. They are very focused on making top quality soufflé pancakes and there are only around eight different ones to choose from.
