Went here because the place i wanted to go to was closed and this was on the way. The waiter was very nice, he didn’t speak french and spoke english which made me feel rather relatable 😅😜 shared his wifi password with me The portion was very big, i couldn’t finish the soup and couldn’t order anything additionally which was a shame as they had nice summer roll selection.
The only weird part was the lack of hot sauce which the chili peppers replaced anyways.
There was a Brazilian family speaking very loudly in the restaurant which tied up everything in a nice atmosphere, we were all foreigners in Paris gathered around a common interest - Vietnamese food, so i enjoyed the vibe.

The three of us entered the shop just to share one portion, but unfortunately, the welcome was rather cold. The staff seemed surprised that we wanted to share a single dessert – which we understand – but the way it was communicated felt quite unkind.
Since the shop was empty, they eventually offered us a table, which we appreciated. However, the atmosphere remained tense, which made the experience less enjoyable.

We decided to give this place a try for the Bun Bo Hue. It’s a porc based pho broth, which you can’t everywhere. And I have to say, it was delicious. Porc, beef, Vietnamese boudin all came together wonderfully. It was plentiful and delicious.
We also had starters, porc nems and fried shrimp in pastry wrap. Both are certainly home made, full of flavour and the sauces were also superb. Beat starters I had in a Parisian Pho place so far.
