This is a complain for the repair service.
Our laundry does not work anymore (less than 2y old, we also paid for extended warranty). We asked for the repair service, the service is planned for the week after. Boulanger sends a message confirming the rendez-vous, but without specifying the time.
I take smart-working to wait for the technician, around 12.00 they call me saying that the technician cannot come and they will postpone the repair service of 6 days! Still for the new rendez-vous, Boulanger did not give me a time. Will they come?!

When I arrived they said they didnāt received it, neither available at their stock. If I want it I have to go to another store at the opposite side of Paris or pay additional 20⬠to be sent to this store.
*update: after few emails with someone from customer service, they never came back to me. Better to leave me in reed than contact me to resolve the issue and leave me without a solution.
