WORST PLACE. STAFF IS MEAN. COLD FOOD. As soon as we got to the door they told us that they were full and that we needed to make reservation. The place was more than half empty. A man was our greater but a woman came out and told us that they had space. At 8:00 pm we start to order our appetizers and meals and while every other tables had chips and nuts to eat while waiting ours had nothing. We asked if we could have something to chew on while waiting and told us that they were running out. We waited 1 hour for our appetizers that was served without salad or sauce that was supposed to be together with the appetizers. We almost had beg for them to bring the rest of the appetizers. One hour later came one of the 5 meal only the meat and no side. Only one person's meals was on the table. Then little by little with a wait of time of 45 minutes in between meals they were bringing everybody's order. We were not able to eat together. When they brought the food the rice was cold and we asked for warm food that we then waited 50 minutes for. They told us that rhey only warmed the food up, the one that they already served earlier. The rice was not well cooked and too sticky. When we asked the bill, we noticed that they added 2 extra rice on our bill that they never served and forgot to bring to the table while serving. We were being charge for food that we never had. They gave us an attitude and were not nice and very aggressive when we complained about the situation during the whole night. This is generally a good Chinese restaurant with a very wide selection of Chinese dishes. I definitely recommend their Pekin duck, which was cut and served as a table side. The duck comes in an authentic way, with wraps and veggies and sauces that you can use to make a yummy duck wrap. We ordered a whole duck, had half of it in the pekin duck style and used the other half to make a duck veggie stir-fry dish and a duck stir-fry noodle dish. Although it's very considerate of the restaurant to offer us the option of using half of the duck to order other dishes, I wouldn't recommend the stir-fry dishes here. They were too oily for me and my friends, and all we could taste was oil, oil and oil. However, apart from the pekin duck, I definitely recommend the dim sums and Chinese dumplings here. They were so yummy and most of them tasted really authentic. I loved the soup dumplings and the shrimp dim sums the most. The restaurant is very spacious, so normally, even if you come without reservation, you don't need to wait for a long time. Worse Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life! I've eaten at this restaurant a few times before and it was not bad. Recently, we had a family reunion so we decided to eat at this place again and try their 36EU/person menu. Big mistake! All the dishes were disgusting and had no taste or flavor at all! They even managed to screw Cantonese rice!? The service was slow and mediocre at best (we were 20 people using 2 big round tables). The music band and ambiance was good. Final bill 900EU!!! Complete scam! Nobody ate much. Management should be ashamed of themselves to present such inedible abominations to customers. An insult to the restaurant...
