I had the pleasure of trying the Acarajé at La Bahianaise and it was absolutely delicious! This traditional Brazilian street food is made of beans/peas formed into a ball and deep-fried until golden brown, then stuffed with a flavorful mixture of shrimp, onions, and spices. It was crispy on the outside and soft and savory on the inside, I really loved it! Amazing soulfood!
