I had the pleasure of trying the Acarajé at La Bahianaise and it was absolutely delicious! This traditional Brazilian street food is made of beans/peas formed into a ball and deep-fried until golden brown, then stuffed with a flavorful mixture of shrimp, onions, and spices. It was crispy on the outside and soft and savory on the inside, I really loved it! Amazing soulfood!

Not just one of the best Brazilian restaurants in Paris but also just a hidden gem in general. If you want great food, that’s made with care and local ingredients (everything a restaurant should be) then la bahianaise is the place for you. Great main dishes but also incredible desserts. The cake with goiaba or the coconut cake are to die for 🥰 plus staff is nice and always with a smile. I’m always waiting to see what the rotating menu will bring next to discover the vast culinary...

Everything is prepared when ordered and tasted just as if you were at the country. We had the Pastel and the two flavors requested were delicious. It is really a good place to enjoy good food while...
