What a find! This place was buzzing and it's easy to know why: great wine selection, excellent sharing plates and a really warm welcome from the team. Space is tight but it adds to the ambiance. The wines - leaning more to French and with an organic/natural theme are intriguing and chosen by Somm Chloe. The "pop up" chef concept is fun and sees the menu changing with the inspiration of each chef. Chef Ash Lee dished out amazing cuisine, lots of inspired flavours. Really had a good time and will be back for sure...

Wine experience with Pop-up chef system. Every once in a while they invite a new chef and the menu changes. The service is incredible, super kind and knowledgeable of wines. Prices are very accessible for the quality of food and service and the overall experience. We were 5 and paid about 70 in 5 different dishes, which we shared. And 45 in two bottles of wine.

The wine was good, but as a focused wine bar it could have some higher quality BTG options (and just more of a range). I know wine by the glass in Europe is usually very cheap and it's probably hard to get people to move beyond that, but not everyone needs to be 6 or 7 euros. They also desperately need better glassware. It's very hard to smell what I'm drinking in those tiny little dollar...
