There is no good service for English speaking people. I am a writer of a travel quide and I ll not recomment this place for the following reasons: They can't communicate in English They don't have a catalog (when I asked) only handwritten menu at whiteboard (only in French) - this is good in some cases but not here They don't accept card to pay only cash below 7 euro. And they didn't inform me until I ordered a chocolate with 2.10. And i told to the waiter, in fact i show to him beacause it was imposible to communicate, that i want this chocolate with 2,20 euro (In fact I was here to eat but because I arrived in 3.30 it was not possible to serve me, no food after 3.00). The sign off the policy of this card acceptance, was written near the cashier. No way to see it when you order.
I didn't have cash with me, and then we tried to find something with 7 euro to take and pay, because it was not accepted to leave the chocolate and leave. No solution, at the end, the owner probably, came and wanted to charge 3.10 at the card. I told her that the chocolate was for 2.20, but refused even when I told her I'll take it and leave, she told me that 3.10 was the charge to seat in the table, and that's the least that they can do and I supposed to be happy because normally they don't accept card payment below 7.00 euro. So I pay 3.10 with the card and I stay to write my conclusions.
And my conclusion dear owner is this. Your store has a good ambiance, seems to be preferred by locals and that's good, I can't have opinion on the plates because I didn't taste (that's not your mistake) but... when a customer came to your place, and there is a problem for 2.20 euro, that you created for all the reasons that I said before, because you can't understand English, because you didn't inform the customer properly that you didn't accept cards etc. you try to find a solution. Not force the customer to pay more and feel good about it. It's not about the money. My time to write all these woth more. It's about a bad vibe. Me and my I need a carafe of water and Ice, my two cokes with ice. Everything with a cool vibe for us. Told us whats best. And was. The dessert was crazy with raspberries on top of this tart thing. So nice. I even broke an ashtray and he was like whatever but after the meal I went to the store and bought another one and brought it to him. Was the right thing to do. J'étais avc une amie hier , je commende au serveur une salade "CRABE " sauf que le serveur me rapporte une salade césar,je lui fais remarquer SON erreur ,il fait les gros yeux en se rendant compte que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commender. Il me dit sur un thon tres menassent : " C'est compliqué ça va être jeté , je vais demander au responsable " du coup j'attends ! Hors il ne se passe rien. J'essaie donc d'appeler moi même le responsablemais le serveur intervient en donnant sa version des faits, il dit : " Elle a commender une salade césar et je ne sais pas ce qu'elle a dans la tête mais elle dit qu'elle voulait crabe " j'intervien en disant que ce n'est pas pas vrai et la le serveur me coupe en disant : " Madame je parle " Tout ca devant mon amie et tout les as client qui assistaient a la scene, jai meme crue qu'il voulait me FRAPPER. Une dame est intervenu en ma faveur en comfiment que que c'est le serveur qui s'est tromper car elle ma entendu passer la commende. Malger ca le patron du retaurent ma dit qu'il changera pas mon plat car sinon ca sera gacher. Je me retrouve donc a manger et payer un plat que je n'ai pas commender ( je n'ai d'ailleur meme pas termier la salade était sèche)
C'est un scandale que le serveur qui est menteur et de mauvaise fois me met ainsi mal a l'aise devant tout les clients en me fesant passer pour une idiote et n'assume pas sa faute mais en plus retourne la situation.
Le patron ecoute son serveur plutot que la clientel. Je pense que le parton a surtout peur de son serveur peu comode, intimident et beliqueu

De loin le pire restorant de ma vie !!! Dommage de ne pas pouvoir metre zero !!! Je déconseille fortement.
Message au patron : Quand il y a ce genre d'incident, on s'excuse, on change le plat et surtout on ne laisse passe le serveure manquer de respet aux clients ! C'est le sens commercial ! Je ne viens pas manger chez vous pour me sentir mal.
J'en ai même parler à mon mari ( chef de cuisine) qui est scandaliser et n'apprecit pas que l'on manque ainsi de respect a sa femme, d'ailleur je suis certainne que ca se serait passe differament si il avait ete present ce jour la !
J'aurai voulu ne jamais venir ici, je travail dans un club , compter sur moi pour parler a un maximum de personnes de ma tres mauvaise experience dans votre restorant afin de disuader un maximum de monde de venir manger chez vous. ( 150 collègues + la clientèle) je ne voudrais pas que quelqu'un d'autre vive la meme...
