Conversation with the manager in duty on July 17, 10:30 Paris time.
I asked her that last four times I ordered McChicken not the grilled chicken but McChicken burger and there was no sauce in it at all. It was just a burger with a chicken patty. She told me to check every time I order if there is sauce in it or not , I told her that I always order Takeaway. She told me to open the contents and check the burger because people do that and didn’t take any responsibility for it. After that I told her that it happened to me four times she started exclaiming that happened to you four times and you never told us That was super annoying. I’m telling you now I gave you second third fourth chance and she was not ready to accept that. It doesn’t happen as a customer. I only asked whether the recipe has changed. She said the recipe has not changed and everybody is actually doing their job and asked me to open the take away bag and check the content and what I’m asking her is there was no sauce and the recipe has not changed so I would say that even she didn’t know proper English that’s OK. I am in France. There was a person who was translating. I was very respectful to her, but her answer to a customer was completely dissatisfactory. They were not ready to accept the responsibility. None of the employees except for the manager should be blamed for distribute, and the manager should not be a manager at this particular time I don’t know what their name is, but they should not be a manager. They don’t have the respect for Customers or what they’re trying to ask they didn’t accept. They (manager, I use they as I don’t know gender) didn’t understand they didn’t want to consult their staff, they didn’t want to check if that was a problem. Then in fact, I was asked me every time I take away, I open the burger and check if there is a chicken patty if there’s sauce if there is bun in the Burger this is super basic for a manager in a customer service role and they are clearly not capable handling feedback or questions from a customer. They told me multiple times the person or the manager that has other customers when you take your order you should check everything in your order whether it’s the chicken patty or the sauce or the veggies. Check every each and everything that shows me that they don’t take responsibility for what they produce. Lastly I don’t think this manager is able to handle customer feedback or interact with customers even if they have a translator. If they’re super good in that management job, then when somebody asks for a manager they should be able to provide a sub, but I do not want to talk to this ever because clearly she doesn’t know how to talk to customers in perspective of the language and against saying they had...

Although the restaurant is equipped for table service, if you choose “dine in” at the self-order machine, it forces you to enter a number, but they don’t actually let you take the locator to your table. So you’re forced to wait at the counter.
We waited about 20 minutes for two Maxi Best Of menus. Drinks were prepared first, but by the time the food was ready, the ice had melted completely. We had ordered two Big Arch burgers (one without pickles), but got one Big Arch and one Big Mac, both with pickles.
The place was messy and not very clean. Overall, it seemed either understaffed or...

50 minutes d'attente !!!
