Definitely one of the best pho I have had so far in Paris. Very beefy, serious broth and really good, thick, perfectly cooked noodles. Meat was very nice quality. I would ask for a bit more green herbs next time, otherwise was excellent!

경축! 숨은 맛집을 발견했다. 우리 집에서 2분 거리에 있는 작은 가게로, 8개월 동안 동네를 오며가며 나중에 꼭 가봐야지 했던 곳인데 오늘 아침에 문득 떠올라 가봤다. 가기 전에 구글에 쳐보니 리뷰가 11개 뿐이어서 반신반의 했었지만 결론은 파리에 와서 먹은 쌀국수 중에 제일 맛있었다. 주인 아주머니 정말 친절하시고, 가게 내부나 음식이 깔끔하다. 기름기 있는 진한 국물이 느끼하지 않고 담백하다. 개인적으로 쌀국수를 먹을 땐 뜨거운 국물을 선호하는데(숙주를 넣으면 식기 때문에) 여기가 딱 그렇다. 크~ 소리가 절로 남. 소고기 완자는 탱글한 어묵 같고 고기에서 누린내가 전-혀 안 난다. 가격은 9.5€로 약간 비싼 편이지만 재방문 의사 200% ! 쌀국수를 면 한 가닥도 안 남기고 다 먹은 건 이번이 처음이다. 다만 위치가 너무 동네 안이여서 여행자들이 찾아오기엔 좀 어려울 것 같다.
