Honestly, this is a great place. I've been there 6 times already (dining in + take away), ordering a different dish each time and... I loved all of them. The quality of ingredients is high, waiting time for order is short, every dish I've tried was delicious, and I'm sure everyone can find something for them (there are vegan, vegetarian and other options). Last but not least - the Crying Tiger Team (waiters, bartenders, cooks) are adorable, helpful, smiling, especially Paula! Moreover, the place is pet friendly, very friendly! The only little remark I have is that there are booking slots - you can stay at your table for a limited time, which is enough to enjoy the starter and main course, but eating a full menu could be a bit challenging if you are a slow eater like me - this is to be taken into consideration if you do not wanna be disappointed in case you are used to typical restaurants where you can take all the...
Read moreWe ordered 3 starters and one main dish. I was not so hungry. When our main course arrived they gave me rice with my starter. I told the server I did not want rice and he removed it.

He agreed to correct the charge but told us not to return to the restsurant in the future.
I will add that we ordered a 50 euro bottle of wine and our bill was 117 euros after the correction. So for us it was not about trying to save some money but just being fair about a mistake on their part.
They seem to not care about positive customer relationships so this is good to know. Grateful for...

So I searched for the 'no tip' option, knowing it is often hidden. I clicked 'other' and was met with a screen where I could type in an amount. By default it was 0€, but the option to click 'enter' wasn't clickable. At this point I was really confused, so I just pressed 5. This made the amount change to 0.05€. The waiter immediately typed 2 more 0's so it changed to 5€, and clicked enter before I could say anything.
I left feeling decieved and really uncomfortable from the interaction
I should have said something, but it's difficult when you are learning the language. A restaurant should not make customers feel they have no option...
