My friend has arranged a booking of a table for 5 of us for 9 pm. We arrived a few minutes earlier and let the lady at the counter to know about that we are here and that we are waiting for our table. She nodded and said "in a bit, the other guests at the table for 5 will pay and leave in few minutes". She sent us back outside, to wait at the street, in the cold weather Paris has at this time of the year.

10 minutes passed by and the people at our reserved table, us imagining the lady informed them about our reservation, have ordered a dessert. We waited for around 9.20 pm outside to ask another waitress about our table. She seemed to be surprised about the fact we are waiting for this table.

They have cleaned the other table for 10 and we were only ones waiting outside and they still didn't give us this free table.

Eventually, at 9.30 pm they pushed out the other customers. But by that time, taking into account the time they took getting ready to go out and cleaning we were already starving. My friend has informed them about that it is outrageous and that we did our best to wait, but lack of information for the clients and general waiting for a table was too much. They never invited us to wait inside, neither apologised for delay, neither did offer a hot drink to recover all those half an hour waiting outside for the table they have had no intention to get free for us.

We left around 9.35 pm, without having a dinner. So no feedback about the food as such. It is hard to recommend this place for a...

about the food and service i have nothing to complain about. but only one thing: they came to pay when we finished eating (which is understandable) but then they wanted us to leave to give the table to other guests?? i work in the restaurant industry too and no matter how crowded it is, there is no way we would chase people away just to give a table to new guests. not to mention the guests who came before us were still sitting and eating very relaxing. we even reserved a table. i know you guys are famous and popular but this was a really bad...

A Vietnamese restaurant different from other Vietnamese restaurants. The snail starter was well seasoned. We chose the chef specials: stuffed crabs and crispy sea bass for main dish. But both were fried, stuffed crab was like a deep fried meat ball and sea bass was served in fried ravioli form, so it was a bit too oily for us. The best of the meal was the sauce that accompanied the fish ravioli, exceptional! Services were nice and friendly. Worth a try to discover some creative Vietnamese food in town.

The food is amazing, definitely tastes like real Vietnamese food. The papaya salad was perfect. Fairly priced menu. We arrived early (before 7pm) and got a seat without a reservation . Soon the room got filled with clients. The atmosphere of the restaurant (recently redesigned if we understood correctly) is pretty nice ; service is attentive and efficient.
