It's a hidden gem. I was a little unsure about the place at first, but I tried it anyways and I'm glad I did because the food was delicious and the service was great! It's not my first time traveling to France, but definitely my family's first time traveling outside the US, so I was a bit apprehensive about the kids' behavior. It was my first time bringing my kids to Paris, and the staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating. The wait staff spoke their best English, and I tried my best broken French from just 2 semesters in college many, many years ago, and we got along just great. The steak was delicious and basically just melted in my mouth. The kids were happy with their burgers, and my son actually said it was the best burger he's ever had...it's his first time outside of the US. The atmosphere is relaxed where you can enjoy a pleasant meal with friends and family. It's definitely going on my list of places to eat at off the beated path away from the touristy areas. It's also just steps away from the bus stop and metro so you can grab a bite to eat after a long day of sightseeing. Highly...

Such a great surprise! We are used to having a quick drink in this local resto, but just ate there for the first time. The presentation is impeccable with labelled napkins and stylish plates. I had the Angus steak, my husband the Wallace burger. We were surprised that the waitress didn't ask how well we would like them cooked. Both plates were copious. My steak was absolutely huge. There was quite a lot of fat though. Also, it was just a bit too raw for me. I prefer medium rare to rare. The burger was fanrastic! The accompanying vegetables were cooked to perfection! I opted for the cafe gourmand with 5 mini desserts - the quality of espresso could be better, the desserts were good, the madelaine was a bliss. The cheesecake of my husband was great but the mango coulis completely overtook the supposed lemon flavour of the cheesecake. The service was very slow and a bit unprofessional for the level of the food. But a...

I would put 0 stars if it was possible. Very long service, even bringing a beer took them at least 15 minutes. When we asked to bring water, we had to remind several times. Sauce for fries was in a dirty bottle and completely disgusting. We ordered club sandwich which looked and tasted totally disgusting, made with a cheap soft bread, not cooked like it should, some chicken and (!!) a half of a cherry tomato in the entire dish! Nothing else, no cheese, no salad, no ham. I’ve never seen anything worse than this, even a 2€ supermarket sandwich would look and taste better. Fries too oily and tasteless. We didn’t eat the dish, we complained to the stuff but no excuses were given, no change of plate proposed. I’ve seen dishes on other tables and they didn’t look good either. Waiters very rude and unfriendly. Avoid this place, it...

The food here is hands down amazing. They have amazing french cuisine. The waiters however are a bit rowdy but they were pretty helpful in helping us translate the menu to English. Having the menu available in english would do wonders for the numbers of tourists visiting. As for food, I tried the beef tartare and the Scallop risotto. I fell in love, they're picture below, in addition I also had the profiteroles for dessert and it was definitely a sharing dish. The atmosphere needs a little work but otherwise it's a great place with amazing food!
