Yi Bowl Noodle really exceeded our expectations! After being in Paris for two weeks, we were craving something nourishing before our flight back to the San Francisco Bay Area. Yi Bowl Noodles had great reviews but we were still not completely trusting of it until we tried for ourselves!
They are known for their mutton soup, so we ordered the large bowl. Their noodles are fresh hand pulled noodles with great QQ (chewiness). Broth tasted like a rich lamb bone broth, like they really cooked a ton of bones over a long period of time for max nutrients. My husband and I both commented that if this was in the Bay Area, we would go eat at this restaurant, the quality is really that good!
