Not only they canât honor the reservations, they cancel them a couple of hours before the time. Unprofessional behavior.
Instead of just apologizing and managing your restaurant better, you just insist on being unprofessional. Since you wanna do it this way, here is a screen shot of you accepting the reservation, I know the difference between a request and a confirmation thank you.
Focus on being professional, instead of arguing and justifying your terrible organization just to get your reviews up, get over it and use this opportunity.
Edit: How funny, so you confirm the reservation without any mention of this so called procedure and then you send an SMS, that could be fishing, just to confirm once again, what is the next step to send you a recommended mail?
I understand that you are trying hard to look smart but I will be nice and give two tips that could improve your organization, but you can always argue with me to justify the exceptional poor handling instead of questioning your organization just a tiny little bit: I would like to address your stupid question: What is the difference between a person who reserved and didnât show up and a person that responded to your fishy SMS without showing up (hint: the answer is nothing). The procedure must be indicated in the details of the confirmation If you want to avoid having empty tables, regardless of what happens to the customer, the secure and smart way to do it (just like the respected restaurants) is to ask for credit card details with an option to cancel without fees a couple of days before the date (then again, I understand that it might cost you money, which is clearly the most important thing for you).
Although Iâm sharing these tips, I am sure that it is useless based on your answers. You ultimately refuse to rethink your process and improve it, you just want to be right. Remember I am just a potential customer and I can give you 5 free stars if that is what you are craving, you should be more concerned than me as it is your business and improving it must you priority. You could have used the time to justify to rethink your organization.
Keep insisting on being right anyways as it is clearly the way to improve, or maintain...

Read moreThe service was very good! The owner was very friendly and took her time to explain everything to us, she also told us how to eat the food in the traditional way and how to share the plates. We ate there with 3 people and ordered 2 main courses which we could not even finish because it was so much. Food was very delicious too!! The only thing is that we ordered moroccan mint tea, which was not served very hot and we like our tea to be super hot. Other than that, great people, nicely located and good food. I really...
