SANILS — Restaurant in Perpignan

I was there mid May, and we found this restaurant by accident. We were a group of 8 and only 3 people spoke french, but the waitress was very patient and explained everything very clearly. The food was very good and an interesting experience. We also asked for some finger food that filled our spirit and our stomach. The owner and his staff welcomed us there and made us feel at home!...

We were very rudely turned away at lunch time because there were ”too many people”, despite the fact that the restaurant was half empty. Attitude from staff was disgraceful. Perhaps they don’t like tourists, which in that case is very peculiar since the restaurant is literally located right on the beach of a very popular tourist...

Cracking tapas and drinks (cave at the rear of the restaurant). Service was excellent and very helpful. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, all of which were fresh and delicious. Excellent value too, dishes are very well priced and a good size. Definitely our go-to...
