We ordered 4 chicken rolls my boyfriend's was raw he let the waitress know she said sorry is just the roll is too thick (what kind of an answer is that it's raw chicken and it's not because that it's too thick that you are allowed to serve it if you don't know how to cook it don't offer it) she took it away cooked it again and once again raw!!! And again the answer is the roll is too thick! I've had those situations before, although not twice with the same dish, they apologize profoundly and ask how can they make the situation better. This lady just seemed annoyed that she had to deal with this. In the end she didn't charge for the plate which was the least she could do.
Really don't go to this place or if you do choose something that has no risk...
Read moreokayish dish but incredibly low service mind. Yes, I know it was busy hour but the waitress almost just dumped the dish to me, which made me feel a bit unpleasant. She did not serve water or bread to me either, which was included in the menu. I asked water when I was finishing my meal and she brought water. But then I saw everyone has water and bread on their tables (I thought I had to order seperately) - I asked the waitress then she said "yes they are included" and she was only taking my empty dish. I said "then why didn't I get any?" she said "you want bread?" then finally she said she forgot, which doesn't make sense at all. She didn't properly apologize or offer anything to make up her mistake. one pasta 19 Euros and...
