This place is a gem that we spontaneously found but we absolutely love it! We love how the chef uses creativity, superb taste and knowledge of the ingredients to design the menu. I love how refreshing the sea bream tartare starter dish is, the lime and coconut flavour and the use of dill make it very refreshing. Perfect for the summer. The steamed main dishes bring out the pure flavour of the fresh ingredients of the vegetables (addition of fennels for the fish, and the use of figs to complement the guinea fowl supreme).
