Great location! & parking available but they only have ~8 separate garages with doors, in a secure building(they give you the remote control access) 13€/24 hr with “in & out”. I booked ours the day of check in & got the last spot. You can pull up in front of hotel & check in & they will give you the remote & a map of where the garage is(1-2 blocks).|Booked the “superior” room with air con & it was the individual type that is mounted high on the wall. It worked fabulous mid sept!! It did not have a coffee maker or frig, but the reception can loan you an ice bucket & the Monoprix (3 blocks) sells bags of ice(3€45). The bathroom was wonderful! Super clean.|Common space (when reception closes for the evening) is only a vending machine with drinks/snacks with a small bench & chair right inside the entrance door.|The lady that works FD was super helpful & friendly & her English was perfect.|-Downside: the reception desk, tiny lobby with books, microwave & the awesome back outdoor terrace with tables & chairs is only accessible when the reception desk is open! We stayed on a wed & thurs when their website said open until 8:30pm so we hoped to enjoy the outdoor terrace in the evenings after sightseeing, so it was disappointing that we could not since they closed it at 7pm (2 nights in Reims will keep you busy & lots of sights don’t close until 7p)|the FD lady DID text us the day of check in to let us know..& would have text us codes to get in & room key if we...
Read moreGood location, but that’s about it. Terrible service, calling it a hotel is a stretch.
First of all, no lifts, and reception is not 24h, closes around 7pm, which was not made known until booking was paid.
Room was small, on the 3rd floor so I had to climb all that with heavy luggage. Some rust and not design friendly showers and sink, so water inevitably would get everywhere. I could also hear everything in the staircase too.
Next part is the service, it’s the worst. They communicate through messages, and are a nuisance. I stayed there for a few days but they only told me on the last afternoon before that I had to go to the reception to pay city tax (I checked in after hours before). They were not flexible with the timing, or online payment. I was in the hotel for a couple of days and they could’ve told me anytime. Now I had to alter travel plans.
Breakfast was terrible value. €10 per person for a bread basket and some juice. No hot food.

Read moreRoom 15 is very small, and the blacked out corridor had me taking the knee to put the key in the door. The bathroom is minuscule, too, but a separate toilet partially compensated. We left the windows ajar overnight to keep the room cool and there was no noise until the breakfast began in the courtyard.. Breakfast is patchy with black coffee or tea on offer only. |Parking in their garages 5 minutes around the block is slightly problematic as each garage is very narrow for a modern saloon car. You need to leave space for the driver to be able to get out of your car and tuck in your mirrors. Logistically, best advice is to drop off the luggage you need at reception first, collect the garage entry key, and then park up. And, upon leaving, take your luggage on foot to the garages and drop off the parking entry key at reception. It is a one-way...
