YUMMY SUSHI — Restaurant in Rennes

The WORST sushi I ever had (I actually feel unwell now after eating it). I usually don't post reviews (can't be bothered) but this is SO bad, I want to help everyone avoid this place.

I had the vegetarian bento : poor quality rice, not squishy at all (or not well cooked, I don't know...) Seaweed hard to chew soya sauce is the saltiest thing I ever tasted avo slices are super thin compared to all the other ingredients and not that fresh sushis have an ugly shape and the rolls stick together miso soup was nearly cold (I opened it 5min after leaving the shop)

Also the shop had a weird dead rotten fish smell

It took them 2/3 min to prepare the bento, I suspect them to have everything pre-made and staying there...

In my opinion that's the best suhi place in Rennes. Everything is fresh and they never forget anything when we order a delivery. The staff is okay, the guys are really nice with clients but when it's the woman she tend to be a little rude. Je pense qu'il n'a pas besoin de mot. Réponse : ça c'est pas totalement passé de cette manière. On m’a proposé, en geste commercial, soit un remboursement complet de ma commande, soit refaire la commande entièrement. J’ai indiqué que le geste importait peu. J’ai finalement opté pour le remboursement, mais on m’a expliqué qu’il n’était pas possible de le faire immédiatement sans le responsable. J’ai donc demandé à refaire la commande.

Quelques minutes plus tard, on me contacte pour m’informer que le responsable ne veut pas refaire toute ma commande mais juste un seul produit. (J’aurais préféré qu’on me dise dès le départ que c'était impossible de refaire la commande complète.) La livraison a été rapide. Le livreur m'a demandé de vérifier les nems. Je l'ai fait (j'ai regard que le dessus, j'avais pas la foi de retourner les nems pour voir la salade en dessous) et je pensais sincèrement tout était ok. Malheureusement, une fois chez moi j'ai vu que la salade était clairement moins fraîche, que la commande précédente. Je n’ai pas rappelé, mais je suis malgré tout...
