Notre visite au restaurant pour l'anniversaire de ma copine a été une déception totale. Tout d'abord, le menu était extrêmement limité, avec très peu de choix intéressants. Nous espérions au moins trouver un plat qui attirait notre attention, mais malheureusement, lorsque nous avons enfin décidé de commander le seul plat qui nous semblait prometteur, le serveur nous a annoncé qu'il n'en restait plus. C'était extrêmement frustrant et décevant. De plus, l'attitude du personnel était plutôt étrange. Ils semblaient peu intéressés par notre présence et n'ont pas fait d'efforts pour nous aider à trouver une alternative satisfaisante. Le service était plus ou moins bien, juste deux personnes attentionnées mais malheureusement qui nous pressaient car ils voulaient se débarrasser de nous et rentrer chez eux à 20h car nous étions les derniers restés ce jour là, ce qui a contribué à notre frustration grandissante. J’ai eu des maux de ventre en rentrant chez moi jusqu’au lendemain. C’est à se demander si la marchandise/plats sont bien conservés. Il faut noter que dans mon assiette il y’avait des débris de charbons… En fin de compte, cette expérience au restaurant "La terrasse" a laissé un goût amer. Non seulement le menu était limité et le plat que nous voulions n'était pas disponible, mais le manque d'attention du personnel et le service médiocre ont rendu cette soirée spéciale bien moins agréable que ce que nous avions espéré. Nous ne recommandons certainement pas ce restaurant pour des occasions spéciales. Le gâteau était éclaté. Au téléphone on te donne un prix et surplace ils augmentent le prix.

Definitely a place to go for a quick lunch shaded next to La Seine River, though not in Paris. It's a hit and miss for the food. The steak with a side sauce was surprisingly fantastic! Fries were thick, the hamburger was as they say in France, "pas mal." However, the pizza with olives and its pit seemed to come out of a frozen box; or, as they say in France, "pas bien." The mock mojitos were refreshingly cool. Once in the hot sun the pool and water play area look ever so inviting for the happy campers.

Start with saying the kids menu is gone. No explanation why they just killed off the only reasonable draw for the place so that you have to buy an expensive and rubbish adults option. The food is expensive and for that it’s absolutely rubbish. Poor portions and both burger and kebab burger were awful. I would avoid the place like the plague for anything other than drinks.

We booked a table via Google and we received the confirmation email. When we arrived at the restaurant, the guy said that we should've called to book because online reservation doesn't work. He kept repeating the same story so I asked him whether he has an available table. He rudely answered that I should let him speak and he will eventually tell us about the table. Fast forward we get a table but we left because we didn't get a good placement and we really felt unwelcomed. On the way out the guy asked what's going on (like if nothing happened) and we told him we didn't feel welcomed. I told him he should deactivate online booking if they don't wanna provide it. He said no he didn't allow anything online and even when I tried to explain that unless he creates an account for his restaurant, the online bookings wouldn't happen. He rudely again kept denying any online existence and started mentioning 20% discount on the fork that we allegedly wanted to get.

I was staying on the campsite so I went here for a beer. It’s table service and getting my first drink was easy. Getting someone’s attention for any further drinks was almost impossible. It’s like the staff don’t want to do their job. I eventually got someone’s attention who took an order but never delivered it. I went to the bar to see where it was and got shouted at by the manager as it is table service. Then the same man come over and took the same drinks order but this time wrote it down. Arrived and was given a lovely table overlooking the Seine. Was then ignored for 25 mins and had to go inside to ask for a beer. Was sent back to my table and a waitress arrived. I asked in French what beers they had on draft and she couldn’t tell me. Had the worst goats cheese pizza ever. The middle was drowned in oil and the sliced tomatoes were cheap. The pizza was like a 14 year olds food science product. Saving grace, the frites were ok. Perhaps if the manageress wasn’t wasting her shift taking promo photos of the food for social media she may have a better idea of what is going on in...
