We booked a table via Google and we received the confirmation email. When we arrived at the restaurant, the guy said that we should've called to book because online reservation doesn't work. He kept repeating the same story so I asked him whether he has an available table. He rudely answered that I should let him speak and he will eventually tell us about the table. Fast forward we get a table but we left because we didn't get a good placement and we really felt unwelcomed. On the way out the guy asked what's going on (like if nothing happened) and we told him we didn't feel welcomed. I told him he should deactivate online booking if they don't wanna provide it. He said no he didn't allow anything online and even when I tried to explain that unless he creates an account for his restaurant, the online bookings wouldn't happen. He rudely again kept denying any online existence and started mentioning 20% discount on the fork that we allegedly wanted to get.

It’s like the staff don’t want to do their job. I eventually got someone’s attention who took an order but never delivered it. Read moreArrived and was given a lovely table overlooking the Seine. Was then ignored for 25 mins and had to go inside to ask for a beer. Was sent back to my table and a waitress arrived. I asked in French what beers they had on draft and she couldn’t tell me. Had the worst goats cheese pizza ever. The middle was drowned in oil and the sliced tomatoes were cheap. The pizza was like a 14 year olds food science product. Saving grace, the frites were ok.
