We sadly had a terrible experience and were treated very badly. I had booked a table one day in advance over the phone. I specified twice the time: 8:30pm, 20:30 and the person who took the reservation repeated twice the time. We went there at the established time and were treated badly and asked to leave. I was trying to explain we booked and made sure the time eas right, they were very rude. And we were with a 6 year old, left with no dinner. La catte dea desserts is amazing and they are soo tasty! Loved the Baba really like and Italian one and the molleaux su chocolat!

È la prima volta che lascio una recensione ad un ristorante senza averci mangiato...ma solo per commentare la scortesia e la scarsa professionalità della signora che ci ha 'accolto' in una caldissima Cancale. Ebbene entrati in otto persone di cui 4 bambini, con il locale completamente vuoto all'interno, ci siamo sentiti rispondere che non c'era posto per mangiare...Alla nostra comprensibile replica (tavoli vuoti e non riservati) su quale fosse la motivazione, ci siamo sentiti rispondere in maniera piccata e arrogante che non c'era abbastanza personale. A quel punto, allibiti dalla risposta, abbiamo abbandonato il locale alla ricerca di un altro posto. Credo quindi che sia importante per chi gestisce questo ristorante riflettere sul senso della ristorazione,che non può limitarsi all'offerta di cibo a pagamento, ma deve includere valori imprescindibili come l'educazione e l'accoglienza....
