Mac Marcel — Restaurant in Saint-Malo

They advertised bagels and I ordered one and they gave me a hamburger bun. After they gave me the bun is when they told me that they don’t make bagels even though it’s on their menu, there are even pictures of real bagels on the menu. So false advertising. The did offer for me to order a different bagel but it was the same deal a bun in place of the bagel. The only thing that would change is the toppings. Furthermore the “bagel” I ordered came with coleslaw which to them is just shredded carrots (lol not coleslaw). The lettuce was brown. Just a disgusting meal and no way to be reimbursed for their negligence and false...

horrible!!! meat was uncooked the staff could not communicate the hygiene was horrible i was horrified!!! disgusting!! they took my meal and gave it to another person its gross dont go there i asked for a refund and they were mad at me they made the food and touched the food with the same gloves gross!!! would...

Je suis satisfait dans l'ensemble, je suis venu à plusieurs reprises. Un service rapide. Et généralement bon. Je suis moins satisfait du broche poulet en effet il y avais juste du poulet et de la mayonnaise dans du pain et portion de frites à côté, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus élaboré... Dans mon broche il n'y avait pas la salade. De plus j'ajouterai a vos broches des condiments supplémentaires (oignons, tomate, formage...) et enfin autres points négatifs, sur l'hygiène : les gants de la serveuse utilisés pour un encaissement (espèces, CB etc) et touche en même temps les sandwichs pour les déposer dans leurs sachet autant pas en mettre hein, et enfin je trouve bien dommage qu'on ne retrouve aucun tri des dechets en salle !! Notament : vu le nombre de cannettes alu pour chaque repas sur place, je trouve bien dommage que tout aille dans la poubelle...
