While we’ve always stayed in Grand Case, and find the restaurants hard to beat, Le Bistro Nu is every bit as good, albeit with notably better prices. Our crafted cocktails, appetizers, elegantly-presented entrees (sea bass and trigger fish), accompanying wine recommended by our host Arthur, and the magnificent pear and chocolate mousse dessert were all superb. The balance of flavors and textures was well-conceived.
