This dream team brings together a wealth of experience and passion for exceptional dining, making Bistro Nu a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts. With his years of experience in the service industry, Arthur is a welcoming host who instantly makes you feel at home. His warm hospitality sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Meanwhile, David, whose culinary prowess amazed patrons at L’Astrolabe for the last nine years, brings his extraordinary talent to the kitchen, crafting dishes that are nothing short of spectacular. The menu at Le Bistro Nu is a delightful fusion of flavors and creativity, with prices that are incredibly reasonable for the quality offered. During our visit, we started with the Salmon Tartare and Beef Carpaccio—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, we enjoyed the Beef Tartare and Pulpo, both of which were prepared to perfection. The food was incredible, and the service matched the high standard of the cuisine. The restaurant has also undergone a stylish makeover, featuring a newly designed air-conditioned interior and elegant yet comfortable new furniture outside. After returning to Marigot from a day trip to St Barts a French traveler on the ferry recommended Le Bistro Nu. It was a short 5 minute walk from the port, tucked in a little side street off the Rue de Hollande.

While we’ve always stayed in Grand Case, and find the restaurants hard to beat, Le Bistro Nu is every bit as good, albeit with notably better prices. Our crafted cocktails, appetizers, elegantly-presented entrees (sea bass and trigger fish), accompanying wine recommended by our host Arthur, and the magnificent pear and chocolate mousse dessert were all superb. The balance of flavors and textures was well-conceived.

Add to that the lovely atmosphere the owners have crafted in the historic building and passage and you have a recipe for a wonderful meal. We will certainly back to repeat...

Car oui, Mesdames et Messieurs, le charme intemporel du "Bistro Nu" renaît au cœur de Marigot avec une nouvelle équipe, aussi talentueuse que sympathique. En cuisine, un chef que l’on ne présente plus à St Martin et que tous les fins gourmets connaissent bien : David Grabowski, chef émérite dont la réputation s’est forgée dans des établissements prestigieux notre île : chez Jean Dupont ou encore au Santal dans les années 2000, à l’Escapade à Grand Case ou encore à l’Astrolabe ces dernières années. Il se lance aujourd’hui dans une nouvelle aventure palpitante en reprenant ce restaurant avec son ami, Arthur Routhieau.
