FLUNCH ST NAZAIRE TRIGNAC — Restaurant in Saint-Nazaire

We came in the afternoon, an employee was here in the starter / dessert zone but nobody at the cash desk. She saw us taking desserts, drinks and waiting for a vendor but did not move a finger. After some minutes we finally asked her whether service is still running during in the afternoon because obviously nobody was decided to take our order... The answer was yes but some dishes were not available. After some yellings in the kitchen a poor guy came up at the cash desk. It was obviously not his job to take orders , he was sweating and dressed with an apron. Then we learned from him that only 3 dishes out of fifteenish were available. Couldn't have we been told that before? At the entrance for exemple, with a sign or whatever instead of loosing 15 minutes... Anyway the frustration was so high that we left without placing any order. We were flunch enthusiasts but we are now not so...

Quite tasty food. Asked for the creamy chicken tenders poulet and my friend ordered the minced beef steak. Very friendly front desk lady who assisted us with there English skills and our almost nonexistent French. Process a bit confusing at the beginning, but simply u order, pay and go to the grill for ur food, then you can take your sides as much and many as needed. Visite un dimanche soir assez catastrophique, le personnel est trop peu nombreux pour gérer l’ensemble de la clientèle.

Ce qui amène à cette expérience: 10 à 15 minutes d’attente pour passer à la caisse 25 minutes après avoir passé la caisse pour avoir 3 steak hachés avec la cuisson non respectée 5 à 10 minutes pour avoir des frites… Plus de sauces également Personnel qui court pour faire ce qu’il peut mais largement en sous effectif pour tout gérer correctement

De manière générale: Carte vraiment trop peu garnie, uniquement 2 types de viande par exemple avec meme pas un steak haché XL… Plats à volonté trop peu de choix également Décoration à revoir, trop vieille Assiette trop petite pour le steak T bone Manque de couverts

Le rapport qualité / prix laisse donc à désirer.

En revanche point positif: le personnel en lui même ce dimanche soir très bien, caissière sympathique et de bonne humeur, personnel nettoyant bien qu’en sous nombre plutôt efficace. Là où ça pêche vraiment beaucoup c’est en cuisine, entre une personne qui était toute la soirée occupée aux moules et une autre pour gérer tout le reste forcement ça ne peut pas aller….

En conclusion je vous déconseille fortement d’aller manger à ce flunch qui est de loin ma pire expérience dans un restaurant de cette enseigne. Il y a cependant possibilité de d’améliorer la qualité si la direction fait des efforts pour régler les problèmes de...
