Ipanema Restaurant Plage de La Baule — Restaurant in Saint-Nazaire

À peine arrivés en terrasse, nous avons aperçu un serveur et lui avons simplement demandé si nous pouvions nous installer. Pas de bonjour, pas d’accueil, juste une remarque désagréable : « Vous pouvez me dire comment est mon dessin sur la pancarte ? » — avec un ton franchement antipathique.

La fameuse pancarte indiquait « Service au bar ». Je réponds poliment que le dessin est joli, mais je comprends vite qu’on n’aura aucune explication : il faut aller commander au bar, point. Soit.

Nous commandons donc au bar — deux bières pour 18€ — et là, surprise : même après avoir payé, il nous est interdit de choisir notre place. L’accueil est glacial, et nous avons eu la nette impression d’être que des clients jeunes et sans intérêt.

Nous étions venus pour passer un bon moment. Résultat : nous avons bu nos bières rapidement, et sommes repartis avec un goût amer, sans même profiter du lieu.

Si vous n’aimez pas le contact humain, il vaut mieux faire un autre métier. Le cadre est charmant, mais tout a été gâché par l’attitude hautaine du personnel. Dommage. Mieux vaut aller ailleurs si vous voulez soutenir des professionnels...
