LE MAHARAJAH — Restaurant in Saint-Nazaire

Ate vegiterian food, it was ok, but the person was attending us was disrespectful and ignorant.

We ordered enough food for us, but waiter seem angry that why we ordered in less quantity! And compare to other Indian resto, it is expansive. His overall behavior seem bit rude, aggressive, disrespectful and racist. During the billing also, he was not happy that we was paying by our restaurant card, forced us to pay by bank card.

If the owner is reading this, they need to train their staff so that they behave humanly, treat everyone equally and need to learn how to give respect to...

I ordered a Mango lassi, which didn't have the consistency of a lassi nor the taste of mango. Then for main I had the chicken Maharaja, considering the name of the place, you'd expect it to be their signature dish, but that too was disappointing. Grisly bits in the chicken, half a slice of pineapple that had no business being there. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat. Oh, and if you really can't avoid eating there, don't use the red chairs, they will just...

Arrivés au restaurant à 19h45, l’apéritif et la planche sont arrivés dans les temps, et c’était plutôt bon. Malheureusement, c’est à peu près le seul point positif.

Nous avons ensuite attendu une heure simplement pour pouvoir commander les plats et le vin, puis encore une demi-heure pour obtenir une carafe d’eau, malgré trois relances. Le service était extrêmement désorganisé : les verres et assiettes de l’apéro n’ont jamais été débarrassés, malgré plusieurs demandes, ce qui laissait peu de place pour la suite.

Des erreurs répétées : kir oublié à l’apéro, cheese naan oublié à l’entrée (demandé plusieurs fois), et surtout le vin arrivé deux heures après notre arrivée… malgré nos relances. Les plats principaux ont été servis en décalé, donc impossible de manger ensemble, et en plus la qualité des plats laissait franchement à désirer.

Malgré mes remarques à plusieurs reprises, aucune vraie excuse ni geste commercial n’ont été faits au moment de l’addition.

En résumé : si vous aimez attendre, être ignoré, manger tiède (voire mauvais) et ressortir frustré, cet endroit est pour vous....
