Extremely disappointed 😢 I took my husband for his Birthday lunch today and although it was only 3/4 full the head waiter ( alone, serving) was in over his head . Maybe it was his 1st day on the job? This was our third visit and I had never seen him before… He was extremely slow, did not even know the Special of the day, had to go back to the desk to retrieve a small piece of paper where that was noted; it took 1/2 hr to take our order and one hour and 30 minutes to get our main dish! My husband’s was great, mine inedible: it was supposed to be a mix of thinly grilled slices of chicken and lamb with a small salad and sautéed onions on the side. Well, there was NO chicken, and only small pieces of mutton - really strong in flavor- full of gristle and fat and barely cooked! I took one bite, could not eat it and asked the waiter if it could be cooked more…He brought it back after 5 mins , barely cooked more and I just could not swallow it… After I complained and voiced the absence of any chicken he knocked off €3 out of the €18 price for that main dish… To end it all, by now we had spent 1:50 mns there and had to skip dessert to make our movie… I can only hope this was a bad day and it won’t...

English is definitely not the owner's first language, but he spoke better than I spoke French. He was very accomodating and I lacked for nothing.
The food was nice, but nothing as amazing as I was hoping. My fresh fish was necessarily too sauced although both the sauce and fish were tasty. I found the Basmati rice to be a very bland accoutrement. The fried cheese was solid also, but found it not very eater friendly with the rind still on it.

Read moreScandaleux. Y allant sur recommandation, l’arrivée se passe bien malgré de la fumée de cuisson en suspension. On se permet d’ouvrir nous-mêmes une fenêtre (nous sentirons le graillon malgré cela). Lors de la commande je partage mes allergies à l’arachide et légumineuses car la carte en comporte. Normalement ça doit un peu alerter le restaurateur. Notre entrée arrive. Je renvoie l’assiette car à la place du tarama je me retrouve avec du houmous, donc mortel pour moi. Elle revient qq temps après correctement fournie. Longtemps, très longtemps après, nos plats arrivent.
Donc pignons de pin sur le boeuf que j’enlève calmement afin de ne pas retourner ma seconde assiette. En vérifiant, j’aperçois des pois chiches dans la sauce déduisant que le tout a cuit ensemble. On est sur un haut niveau de foutage de gueule et sur un personnel dangereux. Je renvoie l’assiette et on me donne l’assurance qu’une nouvelle arrive dans 15 min. 40 min plus tard, elle revient. Ma femme a terminé depuis 30 min. Je ne prends pas de dessert n’ayant aucune confiance dans la fiabilité de l’équipe. On m’offre….un café et on me facture un menu complet. Allez-y l’expérience...
