Worse Indian iv ever been to 1hour and 39 minutes later still no food asked for a lamb curry clearly they were butchering the lamb to cook ? Asked multiple times how long the food would be and got insulted and told to leave. Absolutely ridiculous!

Edit: Also I feel that waiting for nearly 2 hours that I was not entitled to pay for the drinks ! We asked politely many time how long it would be 10 minutes turned into 30 and still no food, I understand it was cooked “fresh” and from “scratch” as you told me every time I asked how long it would be that was your only reply. We were also never told it would be a long wait you sat us at our table took our order and that was it ! I have never had worse service in a restaurant in my life and basically being told we were irrelevant because we were a small table and the larger tables were more of a priority than us even though we were seated before many of those tables ?!

Top and bottom is you have one chef that is not cut out to serve the amount of tables you have maybe you should think about downsizing you’re restaurant to get a better handle on the situation. As for being called a liar and a thief we walked out that door as YOU told us to leave and you never asked for the payment because you knew you were wrong ! It’s no skin of my back paying €20 for drinks as i have payed hundreds in restaurants before money’s not the problem it’s how poor you’re service was and how poorly you handle the situation !

Oh and the blacklisting? I would not come back to you’re restaurant as I my die of starvation before I got my food anyway :)

We drove an hour to try this restaurant, and it was totally worth it. This place serves what might be the best Indian food I've ever had – hands down. Out of all the restaurants I've tried in France over the past three months, this one stands out. And compared to all the Indian food I've had in the States and Europe, this still tops the list.

Our order included chicken biryani, palak paneer, beef malai kofta korma with naan, and tiramisu. Each dish was better than the last, with rich, unique flavors that blew us away. The naan was buttery and dense, and the service was exceptional – the chefs themselves checked in on us multiple times. Mr. Noel, the head chef, even made an appearance at our table. They surprised us with a sample of Haleem, which was incredibly flavorful, and a shift-special tiramisu infused with Indian rum that was out of this world. If you're a fan of Indian food, don't...

Mixed starter was amazing. We've visited this restaurant several times in the past 3 years and the food has never disappointed. However on this occasion the main course was disappointing. Both our meals arrived luke warm. The chicken massala was devoid of any hint of chilli as requested. The special beef curry was reminiscent of grandma's reheated stew. The white wine requested was not available in 70cl so 2 half bottles were provided at an inflated price. A complimentary glass of fizz was provided to compensate, but regrettably this will not rekindle our previous experiences and prompt a return to this restuarant again....

We stumbled across this restaurant whilst walking around the wonderful town of Saumur. The menu was very clear and indicated whether the dish was GF or not. So we went in and were not disappointed. The meals were cooked freshly, using quality ingredients and was delicious. The service was excellent. English was spoken fluently, which always helps. We were even offered a wine pairing with the dishes we had chosen. I'd recommend paying this lovely Indian restaurant a visit.

Best Indian we have had in years! You can taste that everything is freshly cooked. The mixed starter is a great choice and a good size. The chicken and lamb was incredibly tender and tasty. Both of the onion and mushroom rice dishes were very fluffy. The desserts were delicious. The toilets were very clean and the location is perfect, right in the centre of stunning Saumur. All the staff were incredibly friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine.
